Having devoted five decades of my life to bringing up three children and giving them a happy home the transition to the world of Art has opened a new arena .
I have always had a penchant for drawing but never had any formal training. In 2020, a friend persuaded me to join a work shop by Rhuani Rambukwelle . It was the stepping stone to a journey of rainbow hued flowers and birds.

Rhuani is a wonderful teacher and has guided me gently to create many masterpieces. Now I have showcased God’s wonderful creations thru nature. I can almost smell the fragrances in the flowers I have drawn and felt the wind beneath the feathers of my bird paintings. I had a sense of pride in seeing my paintings, greeting cards and calendars displayed at the recently held exhibition.
Painting is really therapeutic. I would urge people of all ages to try it. Every day will be a happy day indeed!
