I am living in Colombo, SRI LANKA. My career background is in Finance. However, during the pandemic, I joined Art Classes to keep myself motivated and occupied. Since then I have learned a lot about drawing, being creative and using different types of paints to enhance my artworks. I would say I thoroughly enjoy creating artworks, that help to calm my mind and be focused.
I have been following Yoga and Meditation for over two decades, and I can confidently say painting gives me more or less the same benefit. I would recommend anyone who wants to destress to join our art classes.
